I ordered a custom cake and the process was so easy. Super grateful as German chocolate cakes are hard to find. They even arranged it so I could pick up at the business next door since I wanted it on a day they are typically closed. Great experience, service, and cake!
I've been ordering from the bakery for over a year now and I honestly can't ever imagine ordering from anywhere else! The baked goods they have for day-to-day sale are absolutely delicious, especially the cookies. This is the only bakery in the area that I've been able to find that will accommodate my more unique cake flavor choices and go above and beyond to meet my picky preferences. All the employees here are so nice and I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a cake or sweet treat! Picture added is my most recent birthday cake to show what a beautiful job they did!
Great price but taste expensive. This cozy shop has alot of charm. The owner and her husband are genuinely nice and the employees do a fantastic job. If you want to support a small business and get a tasty pastry, this is the spot.
The owners are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Each time I’ve been in, they’ve been welcoming, engaged with each customer, and were always around for questions. I’ve alap attended classes to paint cakes and absolutely loved them. Today, our family was able to participate in pi day, where we tried an assortment of incredible creations. We ate everything so fast that I didn’t even think to take pictures. 😅 10/10 stellar service and quality!
This was our first time visiting, and we absolutely loved it. I signed my child and husband up for the gingerbread house event, and it was so much fun for our three-year-old. He loved decorating, interacting with the staff, and enjoying all the delicious candy. We will definitely return for another event.
I absolutely LOVE The Makery. Locally owned and operated, great selection of treats AND food. It’s hard to pick a favorite but one of them is the stuffed croissants. I just brought home a sourdough loaf and it’s sooo good. They make breakfast & regular sandwiches as well, so it’s easy to find something you’d enjoy here. Today I tried a lemon macaron (perfect flavor and texture), Nutella stuffed croissants, cinnamon roll (one of my other favorites!), and a chocolate tart (again, perfect). I also find these treats are generally not heavy and if I didn’t have self control I’d eat it all in one sitting. I forgot to mention the monthly cupcakes…AMAZING, and I look forward to trying them. Also the nicest people.
We just left The Makery with an assortment of items. EVERYTHING we bought was AMAZING!! The prices are fantastic and the pastries, croissants, brownies, and focaccia was all incredible. The service was 5 stars. The owner is so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this place.
This is by far the best bakery I’ve experienced. The pastries are beyond delicious . Not too sweet or heavy . The prices are quite reasonable . I always have a great experience with a welcome smile . The place is so cozy and welcoming , wish I could have stayed to work on the puzzle at the table while ate .
Walked in on Saturday morning and was greeted by the nicest lady. She was very sweet and you can tell she loves where she works. That made me even more excited to come in. Food was amazing and most certainly will be back!
This place has become a true part of my weekly routine. I come every single Friday, and honestly, it’s one of the highlights of my week. Their focaccia bread is phenomenal every time: perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, and made with so much care you can taste it in every bite.
